Henry Trout (1718-1746/47) obtains in 1746/47 from Daniel Dulany 171 acres part of Taskers Chance which became known as Trout Pond. Before the deed was made Henry Trout dies in 1746/1747. A deed for the property wasn’t obtained until 15 Apr 1794 when his son Jacob Trout obtained a deed from Daniel Dulany (Heirs) Fr. Co. WR 12-356 for 171 acres.
