Carrollton Manor (Frederick County) Tenant List 1821. Carrollton Manor consisted of 93 lots of various acreage. The tract Carrollton which makes up Carrollton Manor (10,000 acres) was patented in 1723 to Charles Carroll (Patent Book PL 5-566). In 1746 Charles Carroll added an additional 2700 acres with the tract Addition to Carrollton (PG Co. Patent#38).
